We hear all about personal budgets

Lisa Smith from Essex (that’s her on the cover!) told OurSay how a personal budget has given her more choice and control over her life.We also heard from Thomas Brasted who uses his personal budget to employ staff to take him out.

More and more people like Lisa and Thomas are using personal budgets to live their lives the way they want to.
